Standard Scope

• Owner submits requested information/data about their business.
• Meet to discuss the plan of action for the submitted data
• Facilitation of meetings
• Review of draft business plan with the owner
• Resolve comments provided during review of the draft business plan
• Incorporate changes to business plan
• Complete the final business plan
• Meet to discuss final plan and address any open issues
• Deliver final business plan
