The following service is to provide provide the preparation of a detail PREMIUM business plan. The plans are set up to meet the needs of the business owners and priced to address the level of complexity the business. We will also agree on a schedule. The schedule will include dates for the following:
- Owner submits requested information/data about their business to Zing4Success.
- Meet with Zing4Success to discuss the plan of action for the submitted data
- Review of draft business plan with the owner
- Facilitation of meetings
- Resolve comments provided during review of the draft business plan
- Incorporate changes to business plan
- Complete the final business plan
- Meet to discuss final plan and address any open issues
- Up to Four revisions are included for this business plan
- Two Meetings with third party (grant/loans)
- Deliver final business plan
The following sections are to be included in the final business plan: Executive Summary, Company Description, Market Analysis, Products and Services, Marketing plan & Sale Projection Or Strategic Implementation Plan, Operations Plan, Management and Organization, Funding Request, Startup Expenses, Financial Projections. PREMIUM includes a pricing strategy & Key performance indicators. The owner may decide to not to include a section.
