This proposal is for providing a Business Income and Expense Tracker . The tracker will enable you to systematically record and monitor your revenue and expenses throughout the year. This Tracker is to facilitate financial management, simplify and support the preparation of year-end financial summaries filings.
The Scope includes providing the following deliverables in Excel format:
- Income Tracking: Ability to log payments from clients such as income from different Payment Sources including date and payment method and client information.
- Expense Tracking: Categories such as supplies, food/snacks, rent, utilities, salaries, licensing fees, insurance, and other operational costs. This will include date and amount of each expense.
- Monthly and Annual Summaries: Automatic calculation of monthly totals for income and expenses, including year-to-date totals.
- Visual Indicators: Simple graphs and charts will be included.
